We provide AI-powered cold calling, lead scraping, and reporting. You choose the niche and location, and we build lead lists, place calls with AI agents, qualify prospects, and report results in your dashboard. Features may change as we improve the service.

Billing and payment

The service is billed as a monthly subscription that includes a set number of successful calls, with additional successful calls billed at the current per-call rate. A successful call is one that connects, and you are not charged for calls that go unanswered or for technical errors on our end. You may purchase additional call credits at any time. Current rates are shown at signup and on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance and usage charges are billed as they accrue. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use the service to:

• Break any applicable law, including telemarketing and do-not-call regulations.
• Contact people you do not have the right to contact.
• Send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or abusive messages.
• Interfere with, misuse, or attempt to disrupt the service.

You are solely responsible for the leads you provide and for your compliance with the calling laws that apply to you.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and future calls, and access continues through the end of your current billing period.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, or sales. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
